Meet Jingle: trainee elf, enthusiastic inventor and the reason Christmas isn’t quite going to plan.

Determined to stop anyone opening their presents early, Jingle has fitted the Smith family’s gifts with his supposedly foolproof festive locks. He’s so pleased with himself that he’s forgotten where he put the unlocking instructions.

Now he needs your help before anyone notices.

Crack the clues, unlock every present and help one very worried elf save his first Christmas on the job. You have 45 minutes. Let’s get unlocking!

Each game lasts 45 minutes, with an hour in total for your briefing, the game and a festive team photo. It's perfect for families, friends and Christmas work parties, and for bigger groups we can run several rooms side by side but they won’t all be Christmas themed. December evenings and weekends book up fast, so choose your venue below and grab your slot.

  • The game lasts 45 minutes. Allow one hour in total, including your briefing and team photos here

  • Ages 7+, and under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. It's a playful, family-friendly game with nothing scary in it.

  • 2 to 6 players. For bigger groups we can run several rooms at the same time. Get in touch and we'll help you plan it.

  • Yes. We can run the Christmas game alongside our other rooms. Get in touch and we'll put it together for you.

  • No. You can leave the room at any time.

  • The clues are hidden in cards, stockings, crackers, music and lights, so there's something for everyone. Your games host can give you hints if you get stuck. Unless the host happens to be the Grinch.

  • Sessions start on the hour and the next team follows straight after, so arriving late means less time to play. Please arrive a few minutes early.

  • Yes, please. Christmas jumpers, antlers and Santa hats all make the team photo better.
